Navigating between sections
- Click Next → at the bottom to advance.
- Press Enter in any text field to advance.
- Click ← Previous to go back and make changes.
- Click any completed step in the progress bar to jump back to it.
Required fields
Fields marked with a red * must be completed before you can advance. The form
highlights anything missing and scrolls to the first one.
Conditional fields
Some fields appear only based on earlier answers — for example, immigration details appear
only if someone is not a U.S. citizen. Fill in what is shown and skip what is hidden.
Saving your progress
Your answers are saved automatically as you type. If you close the browser and return later on
the same device, your progress is restored.
Adding & removing rows
Some sections use tables, such as the 10-year address history. Use + Add Row to
add entries and Remove to delete them.
Submitting the form
On the final section, check the certification box and click Submit Form. A
summary is sent to the law office automatically.
